A Machinery Company People Can Count On
- 2023
SEPCO CNC began in 2023, bringing Scott Parsell’s years of hands-on machinery experience into a new venture focused on customized solutions and dependable customer support. His background includes CNC machinery, mechanical systems, electrical controls, programming, and building automation, as well as his previous work with CNC Warehouse.
- 2026
Frank Vicente joined SEPCO CNC in 2026 as Vice President and Scott’s business partner. He brought additional experience in industrial maintenance, machine operation, CNC service, product development, and turning complex technical ideas into practical production improvements.
- Today
Today, Scott and Frank lead SEPCO CNC as business partners. They bring complementary strengths to the company and share responsibility for its direction and continued development. Together, they share responsibility for leading SEPCO CNC, each bringing distinct strengths to the partnership.
Together, they are building SEPCO CNC around dependable service, customizable machinery, honest guidance, and helping customers keep their production moving.
- Our approach
SEPCO CNC is not a cookie-cutter machinery company. Every customer has different equipment, production demands, goals, and challenges. We take the time to understand what is needed and develop a solution that makes sense in the real operating environment.
If you have equipment originally purchased from CNC Warehouse—or from any other supplier—we’re happy to take a fresh look and determine how SEPCO CNC can help.
Business Partners. Complementary Strengths.
Scott and Frank approach the business from different but closely connected perspectives. Their combined experience allows SEPCO CNC to consider the machinery, the technical problem, the production environment, and the customer’s larger business goals.
Both partners remain directly involved in the business and accessible to customers.

Scott Parsell
President | Business Partner
Scott Parsell brings approximately 20 years of CNC and machinery experience to SEPCO CNC, supported by 30 years of experience in HVAC, CCTV, security, and building-automation systems.
His technical knowledge spans mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, DC controls, hydronics, plumbing, and programming. He has also received specialized training in PLC and building-automation programming.
Customers rely on Scott’s ability to examine the entire system rather than focusing only on the component showing the immediate problem. His broad technical background helps him understand how machinery, controls, utilities, and supporting equipment work together.
Scott’s practical experience plays an important role in machinery selection, service diagnostics, equipment customization, and developing solutions around the customer’s actual operating needs.
Scott considers how mechanical components, controls, utilities, and the production environment work together. He brings that perspective into conversations with customers, connecting technical details to practical equipment decisions and the work each machine needs to perform.

Frank Vicente
Vice President | Business Partner
Frank Vicente joined SEPCO CNC in 2026, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to technical problem-solving, business development, and the company’s next stage of growth.
His background includes 10 years as an ASE-certified Master Diesel Technician, experience supervising maintenance in industrial facilities, hands-on work as a machine operator, and five years as a CNC technician.
Frank has also worked in production and prototype research, development, and implementation. His experience includes helping move ideas from initial investigation and testing into practical improvements that can operate reliably in a real production environment.
His strongest contribution is solving complex technical problems and developing customized solutions. Frank looks beyond the immediate issue to identify its underlying cause, then takes ownership of implementation and follow-through.
His responsibilities span operations, service, sales, product development, customer relationships, marketing, and company strategy. This broad involvement helps connect the customer’s technical needs with the people, planning, and details required to complete the work successfully.
Practical Solutions from People Who Understand Machinery
Customizable Machinery
We help customers select and configure new CNC machinery around their materials, production requirements, available space, workflow, and future plans. When a standard machine is not the right fit, we can explore customized equipment and configurations.
Responsive Service
We diagnose, repair, maintain, install, and improve CNC and supporting industrial equipment of all types. We look beyond the immediate symptom, work to identify the underlying cause, and focus on completing repairs safely and correctly.
Training and Production Support
Our involvement does not have to end when a machine is delivered. SEPCO CNC provides installation, operator and maintenance training, preventive maintenance, technical support, and production and workflow consulting.

Supporting Businesses at Every Level
SEPCO CNC works with customers ranging from independent owner-operators and growing shops to established manufacturers and industrial facilities.
We understand that the owner working directly with a machine has just as much at stake as a large production company. Smaller businesses often depend heavily on every piece of equipment and need clear information to make timely decisions. Larger operations may require additional planning, coordination, and documentation.
Regardless of company size, every customer deserves honest guidance, responsive communication, and a solution appropriate for their operation. We do not discount the little guy, and we do not assume that a larger company needs a cookie-cutter answer.

Houston Based. Supporting Businesses Nationwide.
